- We will cover return shipping costs for defective products.

- Return shipping costs are generally non-refundable for non-defective returns.
4. Refunds

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within a reasonable timeframe (often a few business days).

- If your item is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned otherwise
7. Claims for Damage or Loss

8. International Returns & Customs
- Customers outside of the original shipping country are responsible for any return shipping, customs, or import fees.
