What is MylifeNice Returns & exchanges policy?

  • If your item is defective due to manufacturing issues, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as:
    • It shows no signs of wear or use
    • It’s returned in its original packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Please include your order number, full name, mailing address, email, and reason for return when submitting a request.
